Biography

Esy is a development practitioner with 3,5 years of experience in research, bid and project management. She has worked with international donor agency, government and non governmental bodies, think tank / research center, and news agency. She is an international relations graduate with passion in GEDSI, sustainable development practice, and higher education. Her strengths include business development, project and team management, technical writing, intercultural engagement, and collaboration in international setting. This Australia Awards Awardee is a published academic writer and a regular podcaster and Public Relations officer in an NGO advocating for traditional games of Indonesia. She aspires to be an EDI expert that works for projects globally while sharing her knowledge and passion to young people in educational setting.
