Biography

Esy is a development practitioner with extensive experience in research, bid and project management. She has worked with International Donor Agencies, government and non-governmental bodies, think tank / research centres, and a news agency. She is an International Relations graduate with passion in GEDSI, sustainable development practice, and higher education. Her areas of expertise include project and tender management, technical report and bid writing, qualitative research, intercultural engagement, and collaboration in international setting. This Australia Awards scholar is a published academic writer and a regular volunteer in an NGO advocating for traditional games of Indonesia as podcaster, facilitator, and Public Relations officer. She aspires to be an EDI expert that works for global development while sharing her knowledge and passion to young people, especially marginalized communities, in educational setting.
