I'm Sam, expertly juggling remote IELTS mentoring with a Master's in International Management (Project Management) at ANU. My journey began managing projects for a South Sumatran medical distributor, where I pioneered niche market entries for trademark-licensed medical supplies (think surprisingly comfy high-sanitation scrubs!) and created the company's first catalogue. An earlier internship assisting an NGO director in Nganjuk, helping rural schools navigate curriculum reforms, sparked my fascination with the "why" behind organizational actions, you could say I credit (or blame) that experience for sending me down the organizational behaviour research rabbit hole. Now, I aim to leverage this blend of project expertise and behavioural curiosity to drive impact across diverse sectors: optimizing processes for multinationals, fostering innovation in SMEs/startups, designing human systems research, or implementing sustainable solutions for NGOs in education/development, ultimately helping organizations navigate complexity and achieve their missions.
