Graduated with a degree in Macro-Psychology studies and currently pursuing a Master of Public Health degree, I am experienced in evaluating systemic mental health issues in Indonesia. I am also deeply interested in psychiatric epidemiology, exploring how social determinants, behavioral risk factors, and public health policies influence mental health outcomes. Through independent writing and collaborative research, I aim to bridge psychology and epidemiology to develop data-driven, community-centered mental health strategies. My recent projects include establishing an Indonesian community gatekeepers’ mental health model, evaluating task-shifting as an emic mental health promotion strategy, and publishing an adolescent mental health literacy module. Additionally, I apply epidemiological methods to assess mental health trends, intervention effectiveness, and population-level disparities, contributing to evidence-based policies that strengthen Indonesia’s mental health system.
