Biography

Ilham is a policy researcher and consultant. In 2024-2025, he is pursuing a Master of Public Policy at the Australian National University's Crawford School of Public Policy. As a criminologist, Ilham brings a distinct perspective on criminal policy, focusing on how law enforcement, crime prevention, sentencing, corrections, and rehabilitation intersect with public safety and national security. His research interests lie in the areas of police and policing, responsible artificial intelligence, vulnerable groups protection, public trust building, and good governance.
