Driven civil servant with more than 15 years of experience in the sub-national public sector in Indonesia. Passionate about knowledge sharing, with expertise in policy analysis, rural development planning, budgeting, human resource management, public sector reform, program monitoring and evaluation. Actively engaged in academia through teaching, with a strong interest in contributing to higher education and policy studies.
