Biography

My name is Elingtyas Sekar Hambarsiwi, people usually call me Eling. I have been a public servant for more than 10 years, in Taxation Department under Ministry of Finance. I spent the first seven years working in the Foreign Corporate and Individual Tax Office (KPP Badan dan Orang Asing) and the next three years working in Indramayu Tax Office, prior to receiving Australian Awards scholarship. Since my professional experience is in the operational units mainly concerning on the tax policy implementation, I am particularly familiar with the technicalities and the landscape of taxation regulation both in the domestic context and global context.
