He (Muhammad Tsany Aziz) is a dedicated legal researcher and educator with a passion for commercial and corporate law. During his undergraduate years, he actively participated in student leadership, community programs, and legal research, focusing on business law and fintech literacy. His final thesis on crowdfunding challenges in Indonesia won the Best Paper award at an international law conference, showcasing his commitment to legal innovation. Currently, he serves as a Professor Assistant in the Commercial Law Department at UNS while pursuing further expertise in new technology law at ANU. His experience includes publishing research on securities crowdfunding, presenting at international conferences, and working as an assistant partner at Taira & Makarim, where he handled contract law and due diligence. With a strong dedication to corporate governance, blockchain regulation, and commercial law, he aims to contribute to Indonesia’s legal advancements.
